South West Orthotics is a by appointment service offering the therapeutic benefits of custom foot orthotics, without the high price tag. I am a qualified Orthotist (B.P&O) with many years experience in the Prosthetic & Orthotic field assessing and prescribing foot orthotics for all types of lower limb complaints. I utilise a high density EVA prefabricated foot orthotic which is heat moulded directly to the feet in a corrected position. After this, the orthotics are built up and re-ground to give the correction needed and fit into footwear. This process provides all of the advantages of plaster or foam-box cast orthotics without the high cost allowing clients to save money, replace orthotics more often (kids) or purchase more pairs for different footwear. I can provide orthotics to address complaints such as plantarfascitis, heel spurs, flat feet and shoe wrecking, high arches, knee, hip and back pain, leg length discrepancies, plantarfascia and achilles tears , metatarsal space (Morton's) neuromas, ball of foot pain, bunion relief and arthritic conditions. No referral is necessary.
